Why Your Wellness Routine Should Include Massages

Hello, friends! We’re so excited to announce to you today that we’re expanding our menu to now include an array of spa services. We’re advocates for wellness—one of the reasons we’re an Aveda salon—and we can’t wait to fill you in on what we’ve added, what you can expect, and how you can save big on your first spa service.

Aveda massages offer mind, body & spirit healing

Do you suffer from stress, muscle tension or lack of energy? C’mon, we all do! Did you know each of these symptoms could be treated in our spa? After a thorough consultation with our massage therapist, the best combination of products, personalized Aveda aromas and massage techniques will be used to address your concerns and give you the custom-tailored massage you deserve. All massages arefull-body with intensive work on areas of focus. They can last anywhere from 30 minutes to two hours, depending on the service you choose.

So what exactly is an Aveda Aroma massage and how is it different? We can tell you, but to truly understand it, you’ll have to experience it for yourself. Aveda art forms derive from holistic techniques practiced in ancient India. Natural and organic, the result is a combination of wellness and balance that helps to generate mind, body and spirit recovery, healing and detoxification. Massage options include (but aren’t limited to!): Swedish/relaxation deep tissue, foot reflexology, acupressure, chakra techniques, subtle energy work, pregnancy massage and hot stone.

Spa add-ons to make more of your time

To help maximize your time at the spa, we recommend accentuation treatments, such as body treatments and facials. From our Aveda Aroma Body Wrap (seaweed) to our Stress-Fix Body Treatment to a relaxing 15-minute foot reflexology, each helps to reduce stress by stimulating the major organs, reduce tension throughout the nervous system and restore the normal subtle flow of energy. Massages not only feel great but they help with physical and emotional wellbeing, too. Come see for yourself.
