COVID-19 Safety

CARING FOR YOU
IN THE NEW NORMAL

Dear Guests:

We’ve made many internal changes to salon procedures and we wanted to share the ones that will affect your visit. This is out of an abundance of caution for our staff, our guests and our community.

All staff members have been certified by Barbicide, a disinfectant solution used by salons to disinfect hard, non-porous surfaces including brushes, combs, scissors and surroundings in a salon environment.

All Styling areas, shampoo areas, and implements will be disinfected after every guest.  Clean capes, gowns and towels are always provided.

CDC Guidelines:

Per CDC guidelines, services cannot be provided to any customer who has had fever or other symptoms consistent with COVID-19 in the past 72 hours, has a temperature exceeding 100.3, or has been in contact with any individual with fever or symptoms consistent with COVID-19 in the past 14 days.

Please phone us when you arrive at the parking lot to let us know you have arrived so we can confirm to you that your stylist is ready. To reduce gatherings, please arrive on time and limit any belongings you bring to your phone and form of payment. We will not be able to accommodate extra family members, children or friends unless they have an appointment as well.  Also, please wear an older T-shirt or something that has a lower neckline.

You all have been very supportive, and your messaging has been very thoughtful and appreciated. Please know we are anxious to return to a normal routine and that many of these new measures are temporary to comply with CDC protocols.  Please know how important it is to us to provide excellent services to each guest.
